Jess and I started the gym a couple of months before Christmas and Jess has proved to be a great motivator and great fun to train with. She has kindly asked me to be her guinea pig on her Herbalife venture and I have jumped at the chance, as I really want want to get in shape. Im a mother of two young children and although I dont consider myself to be over weight, at 34 Im no longer proud of my figure. So far, just from joining the gym, I have more energy, Im a lot happier than I have been in a long time and it is improving my Spanish vocabulary! But most of all I get to stare at our drop dead gorgeous Spinning instructor (more on that later), which is motivation enough to drag me there every Monday and Wednesday!
