90 Day Planning for Fitness and Finances - Day 3
Have you set your goals for this year? Rather than giving yourself a whole year to pursue them, have you tried creating 90 day plans?
In 2013, I decided to set goals using 90 day planning methods. 90 day plans are used in business and within personal coaching to enable goal setting to become more accessible, measurable and immediate. This also allows for reflective learning, which encourages you to see the goal as dynamic (changeable) while keeping goals at a 'closer' distance to create a sense of timed and focus direction.
I had set goals in a just a couple of areas initially, and found that with very little if any effort to 'make' them happen, circumstances evolved to permit their achievement. Using a year long calendar, I pencilled in the weekly goals in numbers on my chart. Although one of my goals lay stagnant, I found the other goal set had exceeded my expectations.
