Misty Copeland Gives Jimmy Kimmel Ballet Lesson

While visiting NYC, Jimmy Kimmel wanted to take in some culture and brush up on his ballet skills.  Of course, he only wanted to learn from the best, Misty Copeland, who is the first black principal dancer (the highest rank!) in the incredibly prestigious American Ballet Theatre.  Jimmy brought along his sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez, both proudly outfitted in pink tutus, tights, and all.  Showing off his skills (not to mention his hairy legs and, ahem, more), Jimmy said, "Isn't this good, though?" Misty's priceless response:  "Uh, no".  Watch the hilarious clip above.

Why Being Strong Is Good

For many people, taking the first steps toward a healthier lifestyle is all about weight loss or the size of their jeans.  But once you start reaping the added benefits that come from smart changes, you'll wonder how you lived any other way!  Here are the top 10 reasons being a strong, healthy, and balanced woman is well worth the effort.

1. You wake up naturally.

2. You're able to play with your kids without taking a break.

And they freaking love it.

3. You fill out your wardrobe better than ever.

Everything from opening tight lids of jars in your pantry to escaping from prison like Piggy.

7. Your anxiety and stress levels stay on the down-low.

Instead of reaching into the fridge or freaking out, you know heading to the gym or yoga makes everything feel a little easier.

8. You don't feel like this on moving day.

You can lift, pack, and move with ease.  It simply feels like a bonus full-body workout.
