Along with the pack, we will send a measuring spoon which you can use to take the products.

Take formula 1 shake mix and protein powder together in milk or water to replace your breakfast and dinner. To prepare shake, simply put 3 spoons (22.5 ml App.) of shake mix and 1 spoon (7.5 ml. App.) into 1 glass of milk or water (250ml) and stir it well. You may add frozen strawberries, crushed ice or any other fruit to make it more nutritious.
- Take Afresh energy drink mix by replacing your tea/coffee. You may take Afresh drink mix once in the morning and evening. In order to prepare Afresh, put 2 tiny spoons Leveled (inside the bottle itself) into a hot or cold cup of water (preferably 250 ml) and stir it and drink it.
