Ive always been a big guy, but in 2010 I weighed in at 151.8kg. It scared me. I did lose weight as a result, however im still struggling with my weight, despite the amount of time I spend in the gym.

I am not, nor ever been, an elite athlete.. nor will I think I ever will be. I blow out and buy lollies and bags of chips occasionally. I am human, I fail. I am honest and always will be.. My blog is testiment to that.
