We’re Sara and Darren, and we created Glow Up Studio to build a friendly, supportive community where people can improve their nutrition, feel stronger and work towards their own health and wellbeing goals.

Sara's journey started during menopause. "Like so many women, I noticed changes in my body, particularly around my middle, and realised that some of my old habits simply weren’t working for me anymore. I wanted to improve my nutrition, become stronger and feel more comfortable and confident in myself."

"That’s how I discovered the Herbalife nutrition programme. By making better nutritional choices, enjoying a balanced breakfast and becoming more mindful about what my body needs, I’ve seen positive changes in how I look and feel. I’m still very much on my own journey, which is exactly why I understand how daunting getting started can sometimes feel."

Our community brings together good nutrition, a great breakfast, friendly support and practical advice around strength and fitness. Sara is particularly passionate about supporting women navigating midlife and menopause who want to feel stronger, healthier and more confident again.
