Any disease, before it is classified, passes through set of preparation.. early indications could be as simple as tiredness, lack of interest, discomfort feelings....Then comes the increase of Toxins in the body, if curative efforts are not in place. Skin may also participate in symptom retrival....leading to ulcers may be internal or external....before the onset of parts failure / inefficient working of parts, cell mutation.....leading to disastrous disease manifestation to the world.... Wide awake, before you are certified.... attend to your body calls...

Obesity Health Risks - Children & Adolescents
  1. Risk factors for heart disease, such as high cholesterol and high blood pressure, occur with increased frequency in overweight children and adolescents compared to those with a healthy weight.
  2. Type 2 diabetes, previously considered an adult disease, has increased dramatically in children and adolescents. Overweight and obesity are closely linked to type 2 diabetes.
  3. Overweight adolescents have a 70% chance of becoming overweight or obese adults. This increases to 80% if one or more parent is overweight or obese.

Persons with no previous history of high blood pressure may develop hypertension from lifestyle factors such a 
·        Poor diet
·        Being overweight
·        Lack of exercise 
.        Gender
·        Stress
·        Increasing age

The kind of food that we all eat on daily basis is rich with Carbohydrates / Fat / Salt / Sugar / Calorie while they are low on Fibre / Protein/ Water/ Minerals / Vitamins. By replacing the routine food with the nutritionally balance food, we may address many ailments, more so with being overweight.
