My personal story:

I suffered from mild anxiety, oily skin and constants breakouts. I also had a huge obsession with eating an overload of ‘healthy’ foods, also known as Orthorexia, and went on to study Bachelor of Health (majoring in Nutrition) at Endeavour College of Natural Health.
