My wife, Michelle, and I have pastored for many years.  During that time we saw hundreds of people in our churches that were hospitalized, and even died.  The root cause for many of them was being overweight and the diseases associated with obesity, including; heart attack, stroke, liver disease, intestinal disorders and cancer.  Our goal is to help people get healthy and live productive, joyful lives.
