Pumpkin Soup
Ingredients:
1 small Jap pumpkin
1 pkt Chicken Noodle Soup
1 Onion
1 Carrot
(I used to use 1 potato to make creamy – maybe sweet potato)
Directions:
Cut up pumpkin and put in microwave dish, add roughly diced onion, carrot and potato.

Sprinkle over chicken noodle soup and add water up to ¾ cover pumpkin. Put lid on

Cook until soft. Blend. Can add a little nutmeg to taste.
Some add sour cream here or add in bowl, or leave out all together. Makes it creamy.

I cook it early in the day. Let it go cold. Warm up to hot (not boiling) temperature.

Add 1 scoop each of Formula 1 and Personalised Protein Powder and stir in.
Blended is best to avoid lumps.
