Jan.31/17; This is the day I decided I want to try to lose sixty lbs.by June 30/17; Here is my plan starting today for all of Feb.I will use my excercise bike! Starting with just five minutes the first day and add 5 more mins. the next day without stressing my body to much until the end of the month
