Instructions
Adults: Gently shake the canister prior to each use, as contents may settle. Mix 2 scoops (16 grams) into 16 ounces (475 millilitres) of water and consume twice a day prior to, during or after exercise. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise.
