Start with 5 simple habits for better life


It's not so hard to plan to drink 8 glasses of water a day. That's only 4 in the morning and 4 in the afternoon. Water is the best to quench your thirst. Energy, digestion and metabolism are just some of the things that will improve your day.

Much better you will feel if you eat throughout the day several small meals that contain all the nutrients like proteins, carbohydrates, healthy fats and vitamins minerals and fiber that we get the most from fruits and vegetables.

Think of the protein. Protein can satisfy you for a longer time and make it easier to avoid overeating of refined carbohydrates, which is one of the most common causes of loss of control over body weight. In short, reduce the proportion of carbohydrates and compensate with more proteins.

Adequate protein intake combined with regular exercise will in addition to healthy bone density also help you to maintain and improve your muscle mass. Muscle is the main engine that burns calories and thus improves the metabolism. Adequate muscle mass in combination with physical activity will help you to form a beautiful body and posture.

Planning exercising 3 times a week for one hour is a good idea, but it would be very smart to look at opportunities for movements also during the day, such as walking instead of taking the car, use the stairs instead of the elevator, etc..

Telenovelas are not going to improve your life. If you choose for one to two hours earlier to go to sleep, you can expect dramatic change already after a short period of time.

There are many more important things to balance your life, but these few are fundamental and simple starting steps and it is really worth to try to apply them ASAP.

Chair and refined carbs - a silent killer! Avoid white flour products and sugar as much as possible and every hour try to move your body such as walking, using stairs or just do some stretching and squats every hour to break a sitting postures.
