La nutrizionista Herbalife, Susan Bowerman*, ci propone una nuova ricetta per preparare un'ottima insalata con un tubero poco utilizzato, ma che dovremmo inserire spesso nella nostra alimentazione perchè davvero salutare: la barbabietola rossa.
La barbabietola va preparata cruda, sbucciata e grattugiata, come si fa con le carote.

Susan Bowerman è una dietista e consulente nutrizionale Herbalife. Laureata in biologia presso l'Università del Colorado (USA), ha conseguito un master in scienza  della nutrizione e alimentazione presso la Colorado State University.
