Started on the weight-loss program to lose that studorn 3/4 kilos back in 1995 the year of my 7th Comrads (+_90kilometers) marathon 

With in a short space of time lost +_ 6 kilos and in that year better my best time in this event by 42 minutes and just wanted to be on these products for longer
