ingrédients:
  • 2 cuillères de French Vanilla Formula 1
  • 2 cuilleres Protein Neutre
  • Quelques tranches d'ananas congelèes
  • Quelques gouttes d'extrait de noix de coco
  • Quelques gouttes d'extrait d'orange
  • 1 verre d'eau ou de lait écrémé ou de lait de soja
  • 4 glaçons (pour le coté onctueux du shake) Directions: Mettez tous les ingrédients dans le mixeur et mixer jusqu'à ce que les glaçons soient complètement pilés.
