Why I joined Herbalife

I have been working for over 25 years in the social care and housing sectors with a variety of different client groups and I have operated as Head of Care and Support at Chief Executive and Director Level for the last 4 years.

My greatest satisfaction is gained through working with people to achieve change whether that is through personal, professional or business `transformation.

I am a team player with strong core values who achieves change through listening to people, applying strong analysis to situations and then identifying areas suitable for change that can lead to substantial improvement.

Specialties

Target setting and monitoring of performance, development of new strategies, negotiation and design of change programmes problem solving, efficiency savings, providing vision, and organisational analysis to identify key weaknesses and strengths and underlying culture, workshop design and facilitation.

Over the last two years there have been so many central government cuts the quality of service has been impossible to continue to deliver.

The staffing levels have also been cut, so the staff can no longer work with the people they need to support which is why they joined the organisation.

This has brought me to a cross roads where I needed to look for a new career where I can deliver a quality service with products I believe in, that have worked for me and millions of others. A product that provides help and support for individuals and improve the quality of their lives
