I previously had a knee ligament problem for many years. Once I started on the herbalife products my knee condition cleared up and allows me to continue to train and keep myself fit.

I recently helped my Friend Don who is 80 years old and a past war veteran get over his insomnia. He has suffered for many years with insomnia and also waking up hungry every night around 2am absolutely starving even after eating a full meal before retiring. He decided to try the Formula One Vanilla Shake but was quite skeptical about any result happening.
After only two days on this amazing product he is sleeping all the way through to 5am given that he retires quite early. He has also found that he is not waking up hungry and popped around yesterday to reorder but double quantities as he said he does not want to ever run out of what he calls his "Miracle Shake". I wanted to share this story as Don has tried many products over the years , some with results but never lasting. Don is quite happy with just having the Formula One Shake for now and at this stage is just happy to be taking one product. I know in time that i will be able to help don further by incorporating the Formula Two Multivitamin.
