I hope you are all well and safe from this Covid-19 Pandemic situation. It has been awhile since I had this website in operation. Due to some personal and family issues I had to temporarily close this website and now it will be open for business. Please take a moment to review my history. Thankfully I have continue to be on the products and maintained my weight and continue to live an active and healthy lifestyle- camping, hiking, swimming and downhill skiing. At age 67, I continue to do the things I enjoy and are most precious to me and as for my business, I am thankful that people are continuing to seek me out for coaching. Thus I have decided to make it more of my business activities.
