The picture above is me! Unhappy and miserable. I was 173lbs at 5'3" with a body fat percentage of almost 42%. Incredibly unhappy. So I decided enough was enough. I got started on my nutrition plan and in 90 days I lost 30lbs, 20% body fat and took almost 5 inches off my waist while gaining 15lbs of lean muscle. I'm living proof that with consistency and dedication you too can lose the weight.
