Hi, I'm Coach Lexi

I'm an Independent Herbalife Distributor and wellness coach based in Johannesburg.

I help people who want to improve their nutrition, manage their weight and build healthier, more sustainable habits — without trying to figure everything out on their own.

My approach combines personalised nutrition support, Herbalife products where appropriate, simple lifestyle guidance and ongoing accountability.

Whether your goal is weight management, improved nutrition or simply getting back into a healthier routine, I'll help you find a starting point that works for you.
