In December 2012 I was 18.5 stone. Overweight, sluggish, bloated and in a bad place financially. Worryingly, I didn't realise that anything was wrong. I was introduced to the products by a friend and started using the Formula 1 shake as a meal replacement. I lost a few pounds but couldn't really see any change.

In February of 2013 my long term girlfriend left me and I spiralled further - eating a whole extra large pizza to myself on a regular basis. I decided I had nothing to lose and signed up as an Herbalife Distributor. I immediately went on the full weight loss package and in a relative short space of time lost 3.5 stone and felt amazing! So much so that I re-discovered my love of the gym and started to change shape again!

The biggest reward I have had however is in helping others reach their goals, and my mission is to help you and as many people as possible to change their lives, be it by losing weight, earning an extra income, getting more energy, or supporting your training efforts with world class sports nutrition.
