You can make your Herbalife Shake using a Herbalife Shaker or a Blender

First let's cover the Shaker Basics!
- Put in 250ml of semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)- there's a marker on the side to make it EASY!
- Add 2 scoops (rounded) of Herbalife Formula 1 powder
- Shake! and add to your Exercise Routine!!
- Drink- mindfully , feel all that nutrition absorb into your cells, which reminds me
- Take your Vitamin and Fibre tablets
- Get on with your Day
Using a Blender
- Put in 250ml of semi-skimmed milk (or milk of your choice)
- Add 2 scoops (rounded) of Herbalife Formula 1 powder. Add Some Fruit or Yoghurt.
- If you havent put the power on, now's your chance! Make some NOISE! Have a Song & Dance!
- Drink- mindfully , feel all that nutrition absorb into your cells, which reminds me
- Take your Vitamin and Fibre tablets
- Blitz your Day!

From next season the Ospreys Rugby jersey will bear the name of Herbalife, imprinted on the collars. Ospreys establishes "partnership" agreements with many companies e.g. its official medical partner is pharmacy Medicine Centre which provides prescriptions, medical supplies and vaccinations for the players.
