I was working part time as a Landscaper and enjoyed sailing. I thought I was quite fit and healthy although I was suffering a lot of joint pain and regularly needed an afternoon nap.

As a child I used to ride my bike to school but hadn’t done much since. A few years ago I went out for a casual 5 km ride and then realised how unfit I really was. I was exhausted!

I got started on my Nutrition Program to get better energy. Within a few days I had an enormous energy shift and went on to lose 20 kilos that I didn’t think I needed to lose. I sleep really well at night and rarely have an arvo nap now. My joint pains have really subsided and I am much fitter than ever. So much so that my new found wellness through this amazing nutrition has enabled me to complete 4 x 840km charity bike rides over the last 4 years. Now in my 70’s I am so grateful for my good health.
