My name is Tian Ziegelmeier. I am an Officer in the SA Police Service and a 5th degree black belt karate instructor and have been doing karate for 24 years.

I achieved Junior and senior provincial colors in all styles karate. I have been a member of the SA Police Service National Karate Team since 1992 and have been the SA Police Service Grand champion 3 times.

In 2001 I was 4th at the World Police and Fire Games in Indianapolis, USA and in 2006 won the gold medal for kata as well as the Team Kumite event at the IOGKF World Championships in Niagara Falls, Canada. During 2007 I won the silver medal at the World Police and Fire Games in Adelaide, Australia and during August 2009 I won the gold medal in Kumite as well as two bronze medals for team kumite and team kata at the World Police and Fire Games in Vancouver, Canada.

I train six out of seven days a week and before Herbalife my weight stayed constant, I struggled with having enough energy for my strenuous exercise regime (which since August includes mountain biking ) and used chronic medication for my sinus problem. After going on the HL products I lost 4kg’s and 5% body fat. I now also have more sustained energy to train harder and my recovery rate has decreased dramatically. My sinus also cleared completely and I now no longer need any medication.
