     Weight loss can help with a lot of health problems.  I personally have lost 72lbs .  Before I started on the products I was severely over weight, tired all the time, I had problems concentrating and sleeping, I couldn't even see my feet without leaning forward, I had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and I was just diagnosed with diabetes.
