Your Health is Your Wealth

Recently I did an evercise in that I tallied up what I invest into my wellness. I have been sharing my findings with people and I am fascinated by the responses I have been getting. So do you want to know how much? I worked it out to be $29 per day. So what are you thinking right now now? Do you think that is a lot? Most of that is worked into my grocery budget by the way. I invest into my wellness before I invest in stuff that affects me in a negative way, if that makes sense.I experience such astounding great health that I definitely will continue to keep that up! Love to hear what you invest!!!!

I'm Waiting For......

So as 2012 draws to a close, what was it you wanted to acheive this year with your wellness? Did you do it?
Many people do the put off thing....you know I'll get started when... or.... oh my gosh I was crazy busy so I couldn't think about it....Sound familiar? If not, GO YOU!!!! Whoop! If so NO problem you can start right now in this moment to do something. anything that will take you clioser to where you want to be. Go on!!!! What are you waiting for???? xx

Move Your Body

I have heard it so many times....I hate doing weights, I'm too tired to exercise, I hate getting sweaty.....Well in my experience I have found that if I do NOT have a reason for doing something I probably will not do it for very long. So set your goals, get very clear on what, why and when. If you clean up your eating then you may feel more inclined to move your body more. If you are still too tired, then pick up the phone and call me so I can help you with the tired!!!!!
