My name is Lisa and I live in Norwich with my partner and daughter. I have struggled all my life with my weight and after reaching a huge 18st, I decided to change and start changing the way I ate. This is when I found Herbalife.

I know there are so many men and women out there who are struggling with their weight and want to change but don't either have the support, motivation or knowledge to make the change, but this is where Herbalife and I come in.

My goal is not only to achieve my own goals, but to help each and every one of my clients reach theirs too.

Most people who enquire are overwhelmed by the amount of products we supply and have no idea where to start. No matter what plan you are doing, whether its losing weight, toning up and gaining weight/bulking up, you all need to start with the Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix. You will find this in the 'Core Products' section. If you are a first time customer, take 5 minutes just to have a look through all the other products we supply as there are some amazing ones!
