I was always quite small so I used Formula 1 to help gain weight the healthy way. I went from 7 stone 11lb to 9 stone 2lb and I feel fab. My energy levels are good, I don't feel sluggish and I don't have wobbly bits!! I now use it to regulate my weight so if I feel I'm gaining too much, I just cut out breakfast and have a shake instead. There are snacks too so if you're not a milk fan just try these instead.

I have friends who are gym addicts and they get their stimulants and proteins from me so I really mean it when I say there's something for everyone. Even lotion, potions and perfumes :-)
