I am a Mommy to 3 beautiful children ages 15, 12, 5 and a 4th baby on the way. I am also a wife to a husband that feels I am super women and can handle EVERYTHING. I work full-time as well. With all I have going on and all the little mini-me's (and my man child) I often forget to take care of myself. Its hard to stay motivated to grab a healthy breakfast when there are so many convenient ones out there. After a long day of work, coming home to my crazy family at home, dinner, baths and begging for no problems at bedtime, I feel defeated. It is important to feel healthy and be healthy so I can really be Super Woman and conquer the day! Everyday! When you feel good inside and out anything is possible. Motivation is the key but determination is the lock. ***When I met my husband a year ago I was struggling to lose weight. I had been on a diet and working out religiously for about 6 months and I had already lost almost 40 pounds. His family owes a Nutrition Club and he suggested I give their HerbaLife products a try. I slowly got into the products. I lost another 18 pounds in 2 months!! I had no more excuses as to why eating healthy and losing weight was impossible. I had energy left after a full shift at work. I came home and actually got to enjoy my evening time with my family. I had struggled in the past with infertility and had wanted another baby for 5 years but my weight and stress were working against me. After 3 months of being with my husband, I finally got to say I was pregnant again!!! I maintained a fairly healthy pregnancy, staying on HerbaLife and trying to stay active. But like most women out there who have given birth, I have some baby weight to lose yet again. Getting back on track to feeling better and looking better is one of my top priorities. My life was busy before and now there a newborn in the mix. I definitely need all the balanced nutrition and convenience possible. :)
