MY HERBALIFE JOURNEY

I used to have very high cholesterol, way overweight, bad eating habits (1-3 times a day) quite a chocoholic, almost never ate take away food (except Nandos).

Up until I was 30 years old, I was a size 33" trouser.
Then it happened, I blamed my wife and my thyroids as I started growing frontwards (beer belly type). 

During July 2016 I realized that I have grown enough, as a size 40 waist trouser was getting way too small for me. 

I was now 225 lb - 16.07 stone - 102.058 kg and still growing Sideways and frontwards.

I then met an amazing chap called Marc who I went to in desperation (he didn't realize that) and he told me he could help (what an impossible lie) or so I thought.

Marc invited me to the Mission Nutrition Club, asked me a lot of questions and got me on the MACHINE. 

Over the past many years I tried many diets which worked for a few weeks, then I grew larger and heavier than I was before and was desperate. When my oldest son told me I will have to go to 'rent a tent' instead of the clothing shops, I realized I needed to change something in my life, but didn't know what.

I knew I was a little overweight, but the scariest thing was my Visceral fat level (fat around my organs) was on level 16, and I weighed 220.5 lb {starving myself was the key} or so I thought. 

On the 10 August 2016 My stats were as follows:

My body fat was 28.5% = 62.8 lb - RED - DANGER ZONE
My visceral fat was level 16 - YELLOW - DANGER ZONE
My Weight was 220.5 lb - RED - DANGER ZONE
My muscle mass was 68% - RED - DANGER ZONE
My body water was 50.2% - lOWER GREEN/YELLOW - DEHYDRATED ZONE
My body had a metabolic age of 65 and I was only 56 years old 

I bought a 3-day trial pack, and Marc put me on the 3-day trial to see if I could stick to it, {I knew I would have to starve myself to lose weight and have to go to the gym at least 12 times a week or so I thought.}

on this nutrition plan I was told to have:

7:30am
500ml water
2 fibre & herb
1 multivitamin pills
1 a shake for breakfast 

10:30am
500ml water
2 hard-boiled eggs
Salad

1:30pm
500ml water
2 fibre & herb
1 multivitamin pills
1 a shake for lunch 

4:00pm
500ml water
1 tin of tuna

7:30
500ml water
2 fibre & herb
1 multivitamin pills
chicken/fish
green vegetables
salad

10:30
500ml water
a few almond nuts

on the 23rd of August, I was involved in an accident and couldn't exercise, so ....... there went my belief that you have to exercise to lose weight. HA HA.

On the 29th September 2016 My stats are as follows:

My body fat is 24.7% = 49.2 lb - YELLOW - MID DANGER ZONE
My visceral fat is now level 13 - GREEN - GOOD ZONE
My Weight is 199.3 lb - YELLOW - OVERWEIGHT ZONE
My muscle  is 71.6% - YELLOW - GETTING BETTER ZONE
My body water is 52.3% - lOWER GREEN - HYDRATED ZONE
My body has a metabolic age of only 53 and I was 56 years old 

My cholesterol was right down to 5.8 and no medication needed.

 

on the 23rd of August, I was involved in an accident and couldn't exercise, so ....... there went my belief that you have to exercise to lose weight. HA HA.

On the 1st July 2017 My stats are as follows:

My body fat is 19.4% = 35.1 lb - GREEN - GOOD ZONE
My visceral fat is now level 10 - GREEN - GOOD ZONE
My Weight is 180.3 lb - YELLOW - OVERWEIGHT ZONE
My muscle  is 76.5 % - GREEN - GOOD ZONE
My body water is 56.4 % - GREEN - GOOD ZONE
My body has a metabolic age of only 41 and I am 57 years old 

I couldn't believe it.

My cholesterol is right down to 4.1 and no medication needed.

Now I know that this works, my goal is to help everyone that I meet {who wants to be helped} only.
