  • Quick Start: The recommended program to start  = $164.00 w/protein   or $115.00 w/o protein   ( If you are trying to slim down, I wouldn’t add protein)  If you want to turn into muscle, then you’ll need the protein and have to work out.

    Purpose: To supplement 2 meals a day with the healthy meal and have one sensible meal.  I usually do a shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch. (Cuts costs too, not spending money on lunch anymore)

 

  • 3 Day Trial  - $25.00 and it comes with a cup  J    (I have this one at home and can bring it in if you want to see it)

3 day supply of:

  1. Formula 1 + PDM (This is the healthy meal and protein combined into one pack)
