I started taking Herbalife myself as i had put on a very large amount due to having the implant. Although i had this removed i could not lose the weight, however, as soon as i started the Herbalife Formula 1 Shake i started dropping the pounds off me. This made me extremely happy but not only did i start losing all the weight again but i felt a lot better in myself, i could finally get up in the morning without feeling physically tired and full of fatigue. I realised that i had all this energy bursting out of me and i felt like i was glowing. I feel for me Herbalife changed my life and now after using the products myself i want to share the amazing experience with all of you, so you can all reach your goals in a healthy way. I want you to experience the amazing effects these products provide so we can all lead a healthy life, the Herbalife way!

If you want to ask me questions about the products and want some advice and guidance please feel free to ask and i will try to provide you with all the information you require to the best of my ability.

Products I recommend when starting on Herbalife-

These first two i feel are very important for anyone starting on Herbalife-

The Herbalife Shake- This is the main herblife product that we all need. It can be used as a healthy meal replacement for breakfast and lunch if you are trying to lose weight or just generally as a healthy meal. The best part is it comes in a variety of flavours you can choose from.

Starter kit- This includes a shake bottle, measuring sppon, tablet box and a tape measure to record your results.

For additional products there ar eplenty to choose from including healthy teas, snack bars, fibre tablets and even body products so not only can you feel great but look great too!
