Losing consistently everytime

I got started on my weight loss journey weighing 122.9 kg (SHOCKED!) and 1.73 metres tall.

By following the 3 - 2 - 1 Rule, I was in for a real treat!

What is the 3 - 2 - 1 RULE?

3 : Take your enhancers three times a day.

2 : Replacing Breakfast & Dinner with two shakes a day, one for each meal.

1 : Consume one colourful and sensible meal for lunch

Slowly but surely... Day by day... Shake by shake... I was losing weight gradually but consistently.  From 1 kg to 4 kg to 6 kg to 8 kg and still losing more everyday.
