Green smoothies make a great nutritious snack or meal for everyone. For a simple summer smoothie, place 1-2 cups fresh water, 6 pitted peaches, a frozen banana and 2 handfuls of spinach in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy a delicious smoothie.
