Warm Apple slices with French Vanilla-Chai Mousse
Love this Winter warming breakfast packed with nutrition and so energy boosting!

Ingredients:
1 Apple in slices
100 ml of clean water (room temperature)
3 scoops of Formula 1 French Vanilla
1 scoop of Personalised Protein Powder
1/2 to 1 tsp of Herbal Beverage Peach
Cinnamon
1 tbsp Sunflower seeds or Pepitas or Raisins for crunch or to taste

Directions:
Warm apple slices (I roasted them in a pan with a little coconut oil.. if you're time poor just steam for 1 min in the microwave). Meanwhile whip 100ml clean water with 2 scoops of Formula 1 - I used vanilla but cookies n cream is great too - with 3 scoops of thermojetics protein powder, 1/2 tsp instant Herbal Beverage Peach in a blender on slow for 1 min or until mousse consistency. Pour over warm apple slices, top with 1 tsp sunflower seeds, raisins or pepitas and sprinkle with cinnamon or black sesame powder. It's ready in 5 min. Enjoy! I recommend the Kinetics blender by Breville, makes top smoothies and slushies in seconds..
