Ingredients:

(Use either soy/ rice milk)
Warm for approx 2 minutes in microwave (depending on watts in microwave)
1/3 each of choc soy, water and normal soya lite or
150mls choc soy and the rest water
Add 1 serving of each Choc Formula 1 & Personalised Protein Powder
¼- ½ teaspoon coffee.
