Green Spicy Sauce.
Ingredients:
6 pcs. Tomatillos green shelled.
4 pcs. Serrano pepers.
1/2 pc. Onion chopped.
1/2 tsp. Salt.
1/2 bunch Cilantro chopped.
3 cups. Water.
1/2 pc. clove of garlic.
Directions:
1 :-In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the chiles and green tomatoes, simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.

2:- Drain, and then add 1/2 glass of clean water.

3:- In a blender, puree the Serrano peppers, tomatoes, garlic,
cilantro and chopped onion, then add the water.
