Ingredients:
My advice for a recipes is as follows.

Herbalife Shake - Vanilla
(any flavor will do but that's a good idea)
Directions:
Not everyone likes Milk (I don't)

So some milk is good, then add some water with crushed ice.

Or just water with ice.

If your only using water you will most likely need ice.

Blend one small hand full of frozen blueberries (this can vary from small to large as well of course)

Also add raspberries and frozen strawberries as well and if that's not enough for you.

Find some Gluten free dark chocolate or normal chocolate (trade free too if you can) and blend a small amount with it.

It will blow your brain out in amazement.
You'll be addicted.
And losing weight and looking after your health never felt so good!
