Red Pepper and egg white salad bowl
Ingredients:
1 red pepper hollowed
2 egg whites (more depending on your protein number)
20g lettuce
30g cucumber
25g celery
Directions:
1) cut the top off the pepper and cut out the core
2)place your egg whites in a sauce pan that has been lightly sprayed with oil, season to taste with salt and pepper, cook on medium heat until scrambled
3)add lettuce cucumber and celery to the inside of the pepper then stuff the now scrambled egg white inside the pepper
4)serve and enjoy
