"cheesecake"
Ingredients:
2-3 Protein bars (whichever flavour you desire)

Chobani plain greek yoghurt

2-3 scoops Formula 1 nutritional powder

1-2 scoops PPP

Directions:
Mix the yoghurt, formula 1 and PPP together until well combined

Set aside in the fridge until it has thickened and 'fluffed up' further

Meanwhile, cut up protein bars- soften in microwave until able to be moulded easily

Place cling wrap in a ramekin dish, put protein bar mix in the base and make sure it is firmly packed.

Add you yoghurt mixture on top. Cover over with cling film and place in freezer until firm.

Once firm enough (to your personal preference), remove 'cheesecake' from the remekin, and serve.
