Sib's Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
Makes 40 bliss balls:

2 cups of pitted dates
2 cups of rolled oats
1/2 cup (6tbsp) Almond Meal
1/2 cup of Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate
1/2 cup of rice puffs or Sunflower seeds or Walnuts for crunch

Directions:
Make sure that the store bought pitted dates don't contain any residue of pits by halving them with a knife so you can double check.
Puree the dates with clean water in a blender.
Mix all the dry ingredients and add the Date puree to moisten, add a little extra water if too dry. Use a teaspoon to form the balls and roll in dessicated coconut.
Refrigerate.
