Sandy's Protein Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/8 cup good quality cocoa or carob powder
1/3 cup Herbalife Formula 1 Chocolate
1/8 cup Herbalife Protein Powder
1 cup fresh pitted dates
1 - 2 tablespoons of water, or as required
Coconut for rolling/sprinkling
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cocoa, Herbalife’s Formula 1 Chocolate and Protein Powder.
2. Process until combined and walnuts and pumpkin seeds have broken up.
3. Add the fresh pitted dates and process again so that the mixture starts coming together into a ball.
4. Add about 1 - 2 tablespoons of water at first, then more if you need to so the mixture comes together.
5. Roll the mixture into balls and then into the coconut or spread into a slice container and sprinkle on the coconut.
6. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks and enjoy!
