Banana /cinnamon shake
Ingredients:
1 whole ripe banana and slices mangoes
2 scoops Protein French Vanilla (9gram protein intake)
2 scoop Protein mix (15 gram protein intake)
Sprinkle cinnamon
6 oz Almond milk (Milk of your choice)
4 pieces of pecan nuts
5 small sizes ice cubes
Directions:
Have your blender ready. Add everything in one time
Add your ripe banana and slices mangoes
6 oz milk of your choice pour in the blender
Add 2 scoops French Vanilla (healthy meal)
Add 2 scoop Protein Mix drink
Add ice cubes
Add pecan nuts
Blend well until it’s thick and creamy
Splash of cinnamon and crush pecans on top
And enjoy
