Healthy Mango “Ice cream”
(just like Weiss Ice cream!) Reminder: When on a weight loss program, this counts as a COMPLETE meal!
Ingredients:
2 scoops Vanilla Formula 11-2 scoops of Protein Powder
150ml soy milk
Chunk of mango
Heaps of ice cubes
Directions:
Blend whilst dribbling in just enough Soy milk to make a thick ice cream consistency. Serve in bowls and eat with a spoon!
