Yummy Porridge!
Warm breakfast for cooler mornings!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup porridge oats
1/2 cup of water
2 scoops of formula 1 (we prefer Cookies & Cream)
1 scoop of Personalised Protein Powder

Spruce your porridge up with one of these ideas:
a few raisins and sunflower seeds,
fresh or frozen blueberries,
or a few banana slices and a dash of cinnamon

Directions:

Try this yummy, nutritious and hearty Herbalife porridge.
Cook Porridge Oats and water on the stove top until
cooked. Make it a bit sloppier than you normally would.

Take the pan off the heat for 5 minutes ( whilst you boil the
kettle, make your Instant Herbal Beverage and take your
tablets, etc)

Add your Formula 1 and Protein Powders – mix and tip out into bowls.

Add a little rice milk on top for extra yummyness! Enjoy!
