Chai Latte
Kick-start your morning with a little chai energy.
Ingredients:
2 scoops French Vanilla Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder (or more)
1 cup water or almond milk
3 tablespoons unsweetened liquid iced tea concentrate
1/2 banana
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
A few dashes each: ginger, clove, black pepper
4-5 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed.
