Ingredients:
Cookies and Cream Formula 1Vanilla Protein
Cheesecake pudding powder mix
Directions:
In a blender add 1 cup of water and 2 cups of ice.Then add 2 scoops of Cookies and Cream and 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein along with 1 tablespoon of cheesecake pudding powder mix.
Blend for 40 seconds and Enjoy
