Vanilla Shake Mix
100mls Pineapple Juice (no added sugar)
150mls Water
A few drops coconut essence
A few drops of rum essence (optional)
3 Ice cubes

Directions:

Add Juice, water, ice, essence & shake mix to blender & blend
Enjoy anytime....very refreshing.
