Peach Milk Shake
Made with French Vanilla Formula 1
Ingredients:
1 Serving of French Vanilla240ml nonfat milk
1 tsp Brandy essence
1 Peach
Directions:
De-seed peach and dice into bite size pieces, leaving the skin on is fine,Then add all ingredients into a Vitamix Blender or regular kitchen blender and mix for 3-5 minutes
Pour into glass and serve
